Training Skills Workshop

Do you have staff that doesn’t have a training background, but needs to create training materials or to deliver training? The Training Skills workshop gets them the skills and confidence they need to turn their technical knowledge into effective knowledge sharing.

The workshop uses small-group techniques, multiple exercises, and individualized post-training action plans to ensure that the training is not only fun and informative, but leads to long-term behavior changes.
