Cindy Williams launched her career in the support industry more than 20 years ago and now specializes in designing and implementing support systems and processes that scale for growth. She also focuses on turnarounds that need special attention on customer satisfaction and building cohesive teams.
She has held global leadership roles at Intuit, Juniper Networks, Cisco Systems, Intacct, and Lyris. She has built teams at three start-ups.
Cindy also specializes in recommending key support tools that will help teams gain efficiencies and present a great customer experience. She has led many salesforce.com implementations with third party integrations and has participated in their Executive Service Council.
