Rajib Akhter is an entrepreneurial software executive. He co-founded Yubé, a venture-backed Customer Relationship Management company, in 2000. Yubé pioneered a collaborative approach to CRM for post-sales in a Software as a Service (SaaS) model. He built the Customer Support and Professional Services functions for Actuate Corporation (NASDAQ: ACTU) and grew the services revenue 400% in 2 years by launching new offerings. He maintained profitability at 30% with an attrition rate smaller than 1%..
He also brings years of experience in managing large-scale projects for Fortune 500 companies including Bank of America, American Express, Goldman Sachs, Honda, and Sprint.
He holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa.
